Decision time for new truck aka ”sandy”

I have a new truck and am having a hard time deciding what route to take will her.
The two option I have are a Minitruck or Prerunner.
She is a 1992 Ford Ranger XLT 2wd with a 2.3L inline 4 and 5 speed manual. Imported to England by a member of the USAF whom was station here.
